Sol Tarasco 8 years is produced from local Mexican sugar cane grown on the 
volcanic red soil at an elevation of more than 4,180 metres above sea level. It is 
distilled in alembic and column still, before being aged in selected ex-bourbon and 
Spanish ex-sherry barrels for around 8 years and bottled at 40% ABV. 100% agricole.
