This Habanero chili liqueur is made from macerating fresh Habanero chili peppers in white rum at 55% abv. It takes one month for the maceration before adding brown cane sugar, which gives this liqueur a nice roundness. El Hispano Habanero liqueur is perfectly balanced with round, hot and spicy notes.
